Bismillah Rahman Rahman

First, we will see who is the Companions:

Those who came in contact with the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and who have been given the permission of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) That is, there will be no Sahabat because of the presence of only Sohbat or contact, because Abu Jahl, Abu Lahab, Abu Talib have also come in contact with the Messenger but have not received the approval by Messenger as the Companions **.
There is also approval but Sohbat is not received. He will not be a follower too. For example, Wais Karini (Rh), who was not admired because of not being able to come to Sohbat despite being acclaimed and approved by the Messenger. Being in touch with the Companions was Tabein.

Who is Tabei?
Those who came in contact with Sahabah Ajmain (R) and received permission from the Companions, they are Tabei.
That is, no one will be able to do so because of the presence of the Sahabis only with Sohbat, or contact with them, take training from them, and only if they get permission or approval by them is called Tabei.
Tabe-Tabei Who? Similarly, the students of Tabein are called Tabe-Tabein.

Who is the scholar?
In the same way, the true scholar would be someone who went "touching", "in contact with" one of the other real hakkani scholars and was received by him. And the true scholar has attained ejajat from another true scholar and thus his certificate or chain has reached the Prophet (peace be upon him).
Document? Note this Hadith:

"Scholars are heirs to the prophets" [Tirmizi Sharif, Abu Daud, Nasai, Ibn Majah] [Hadith level: Hasan, Sahih]
What is the inheritance? If someone says Anas's son Abdullah then naturally means Anas will be Abdullah Abdullah. His wealth will naturally reach to Abdullah as his successor.
In the same way, the true scholar would be the heir to another as a true Hakkani scholar, "Sohabat", "in touch with" and received from him. And the true scholar has attained ejajat from another true scholar and thus his certificate or chain has reached the Prophet (peace be upon him).
The above hadith is his document. Remember, a gentleman's name is "Anas", his child's name is "Abdullah", his child's name is "Rahim" and finally Rahim's son "Salman"
Anas -> Abdullah -> Rahim -> Salman
Rahim's son Salman "Salman" is the heir to his father "Rahim".
Now suppose it is proved that Rahim is not the real father Abdullah. But it can not be said in any way that "Rahim" is the inheritor of Abdullah. But "Salman" is his father, although Rahim's heir is correct. In the same way, one scholar, he got an ejazat from another scholar who was qualified but he did not get a certificate from a qualified scholar, but he did not have any heir relation to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). That is why it is no longer acceptable. In the same way, if someone is studying a lot of Islamic subjects, but does not take any training when approached by a scholar and if he is not educated then he can be awarded the title of "Scholar", "Pandit", "Maha Shani" etc. But he " Alim "will not be. Because, according to the Prophet's hadith, he could not attain the "heir" trait.
We also see the truth of this saying in those who are on the line of Tasaf or Tariqat. As someone claimed himself "Pir". How do we verify that he/she is right? The standard of verification is to see if he has received the knowledge from any other Hakkani Shaykh and whether he has reached the silkila or chain of Shaykh till the Prophet (peace be upon him)? If he reaches, then he is the real pir / shaykh.
Therefore, if there is a lot of education in Islamic subjects, that scholar would not be because his word is not a true scholar, nor any scholar. You can be a reputable engineer, can be a qualified doctor, be a famous Farmasist. To achieve these, as you have to take a degree or degree from a reputable university, even if you are a scholar, you will have to earn certificate/degree / degree from scholars from the educational institution.

Conclusion
Now you can ask questions, understand everything but first say whether you are alim? The answer is "No, I am not alim." I'm in touch with scholars but I did not get it. "
Now you can say, "If you are not a scholar, why are you human?"
Answer: "You will not accept my words, but you will talk to these scholars. If they approve it, then you will accept it ".
Salam to those who are in the way of guidance
** Approval is meant to be acknowledged as a companion, being accepted as a companion among other companions. It is not that he should be verbal / written from the Messenger (peace be upon him). It also includes the concurrence of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).
