In the famous Tafsir book, "Tafsir Ruhul Ma'ani" in Surah Muhammad Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam, the verse in verse 22 of his verses, the verdict of all the Imam Mustahid Unnad has been mentioned in this regard - وقد صرح بكفره وصرح بلغنه جماعة من العلماء منهم الحافظ ناصر السنة ابن الجوزي وسبقه القاضي ابو يعلي وقال العلامة التفتازاني لانتوقف في شانه بل في ايمانه لعنة الله تعالي عليه وعلي انصاره واعوانه وممن صرح بلعنه الجلال السيوطي عليه الرحمت Meaning- Yajid has made clear comments from a Jamaat about the validity of the Kafir and the legality of the curse of him. They are , Hajur Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam, the Sunnah of his Sunnah, Ibn al-Jawali Rahmatullahi Alaihi, and before him, Hadrat Qadi Abu Yala Rahmatullahi Alaihi And Allama Hazrat Taftani Rahmatullahi alaihi said ,we will not hesitate to yazis. Even about his faith and not. The curse of Allah Pak towards him , his helper , and the well-wishers. Imam Zalaluddin Suyuti Rahmatullahi Alaihi is among those who have shouted Yazid. " ( Duleel-Tafsir Ruhul Mayani 25Section 72 page) Now let us look at the Qur'anic verses from Sharif, who can be cursed - The word klan is used 41 times in the Holy Qur'an. لعن : Literally means to curse , God's mercy and forgiveness be given away from , bad to pray. You will not find any helper for whom you curse. (Surah Nisa 52) 5) If a person who kills a believer intentionally , his punishment is hell , then he will remain forever in it. Allah has been angry with him, cursed him , and prepared for him a great punishment. (Surah Nisa - 93) 6) Allah has promised , the Hypocrites men and women, and the disbelievers fire of Hell: Therein shall they dwell. That's enough for them. Allah has cursed them, and for them is a permanent punishment. (Surah An-Imam - 68) 7) Who can be more unjust than those , who lie against Allah. These will be presented before their Lord, and the witnesses will say , These are the people , who rejected their Lord. Surely , Allah's curse is on the wrongdoers. (Surah Hud - 18) 8) Those who hurt Allah and His Messenger , Allah will preserve them in this life and in the Hereafter, and prepared for them a humiliating punishment. (Surah Ayyabab - 57) 9) Indeed Allah has cursed the disbelievers, and prepared for them a flame of fire.(Surah Al-Ahzab - 64) 10) He said: (O Iblis) Get out , get out of here. Because , you cursed. (Surah Chaudh - 77) 11) My curse on you will last forever until the Day of Judgment. (Surah Chaudh - 78) 12. If you gain power , then you will create mischief in the earth and sever ties of kinship. Allah cursed them , and then made them deaf and blind. (Surah Hadrat Muhammad sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam - 22 , 23) 13) How shall Allah guide a people , who had borne witness to the truth of belief in and the Messenger and after clear proofs had come to them disbelieved. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people. The punishment of such a person is the curseof Allah , the angels, and the people. (Surah Al-Imran: 86 , 87) 14) To those who disbelieve among the Children of Israel , the Prophet David (peace be upon him) And Jesus has been cursed on the face of Jesus. This is partly because , they disobeyed and transgressed. (Surah Maidah - 78) 15) On that day the excuses will not benefit the wrongdoers , they will have a curse and they will have an evil house. (Surah Mumin - 52) Therefore, think of Yazid's judgments on your behalf. A believer can be curbed ? It is possible to curse him if he is the only person who is the ultimate disobedience , the ultimate culprit , and the unfaithful kaffir. And who is Ahl al-Bait Shareef Alaihimus salam , who is martyr of the martyr , terrorism in Madina Sharif is more disobedient than him , a tyrant , and who can be ?
